Our process
WHY IT WORKS
Because its tailored to you.
Monologues, coaching teams, even the college list we help our students develop is fit for them and their goals. Some students go through the process and discover they really want to attend schools with smaller class sizes. Others want the big college campus experience. Still others love theatre and want to be doctors, psychologists or work with special needs communities, too.
It's all possible. But a cookie-cutter approach to the college application and audition process won't get you where you want to go.
Because we have a world-class team.
We’re a team of creatives and academics. We perform, teach, dream, and breathe theatre. We all went to college to study our crafts, and we are all excited to come alongside you to help you do the same.
Our coaches appear on tv, in films, and in Broadway plays and musicals, including:

Our process
HOW IT WORKS
01
Learn
Our first objective is to learn as much about you as possible. Our information gathering process helps us assess your unique artistic skill, analyze your academic background, understand what you want in a school or artistic program and build the best plan to help get you there.
With a deeper understanding of what you want to do at the next level, we begin building your monologue repertoire and developing a tailored plan to navigate the rest of the college application and audition journey.
02
Build
03
Train
Next up is training. It’s not enough to pick a great song, routine or monologue, you’ve got to know how to make people believe you when you perform it. You’ll train with multiple Theatre Major coaches to help bring your performances to life in enough time for prescreens and callbacks.
You’ve done all the hard work, now comes the fun part: choosing what you want you do at the next level. We help you evaluate your options so that you can say that final “Yes” with confidence.
